I came across an interesting blog the other day, and decided to let you all know about it - a group of interns here at Microsoft have banded together to help managers and potential managers with tools and techniques to be more successful in their roles - this may apply to the MSFT folks who read my blog as well as any of our partners, customers, ETC., who manage people, or aspire to manage people. take a look!
