And the winner is...
Well fellow travellers, it looks as though I'm going to port the wonderful 1394 Virtual Device Driver (1394vdev.sys) in to a hybrid driver. I was pushing for this as the project for a number of reasons. I'm familiar w/ it having supported it while working for the 1394 team. It's been in the WDK / DDK / LDK in WDM form, it was migrated to a KMDF driver recently and I think it would be a great show of progression to finish that link of WDF usage.
I'm opening the comment flood gates to a degree so any question you have fire them off!
