That's our final proffer

In reading a lot of VSIP documentation (especially about services....see previous entry), I kept noticing the word “proffer” is scattered all over. For those of you who ever wondered what it means (since it doesn't seem to be a common American vernacular word), it is more or less a synonym with “offer”.
