&lt;p&gt;That is a good news.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I must say something from point of freelance coder. I will not mention extremely complicated interface. :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The number of projects for MS Access only posted on Elance is low. Not sure why. And most of them have additional coder skills (like Web programming) which buyers usually ask even if its not needed. To work on such a project coder should pay to make him possible bid on MS Access project.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have spent couple of hours on Elance (most of the time trying to figure the interface and what I need to do) just to get to a point to see the MS Access open projects and I found 3 related to MS Access, 2 of them requires Web skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the other freelance Web site (I won't mention the name now) I can get several projects per day awarded - of course I cannot do them all, but this just illustrates the number of projects related to MS Access posted.&lt;/p&gt;
