You need Acropolis CTP 2 to view this sample, otherwise the Expense project will not open in VS Orcas Beta 1. Note that this is not clearly stated in the Readme file.

I have some missing references and I can't find the files in my cmputer.

Where do I find:

Microsoft.Synchronization.Data

Microsoft.Synchronization.Data.Server

System.Data.SqlServerCe

Did you install SQL Server CE? You have to install the runtime.

I have tried openeing the expense example and it keeps erroring out saying that a project with that name is already open in the solution. It appears that the ExpenseClient project is the problem. Any ideas

Mike, we had a similar problem when it kept saying that the project with that name is already open in the solution. You need to upgrade to Acropolis <b>July</b> CTP and the problem will be gone.

Kathy, thank you very much, now I am drilling into the sample and wondering - why are you using DataSets and DataRows in ExpenseDataService instead of LINQ and typed collections like BindingList<ExpenseReport>?
