&lt;p&gt;I have corrected all of the other errors and rebuilt the edmx file off my instance of the DB which was created using the SQL file provided in the example.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am attempting to wrap my head around this new and very interesting tool to use in my companies application.&lt;/p&gt;
