&lt;p&gt;I.e. how the heck do you manage associations? I expected it to work like SQL Servers Diagram system. &amp;nbsp;I cannot figure out how the designer is supposed to work, and all of the samples just assume you're going to leave the auto-gened design alone, which obviously isn't very realistic.&lt;/p&gt;
