+1 to the Developer Express guys

I've been a happy user of Refactor! Pro for a little while now, and recently installed the newest version (2.2.2) that adds support for Orcas Beta. However, one of the infinitely useful refactorings, Optimize References, didn't seem to work properly for LINQ statements. Namely, it would remove the System.Linq reference even though there were LINQ statements in the code.

I emailed them about the issue two days ago and I'm happy to say that today I got an email back with a link to the bug that's been reproduced, reported, and being tracked in their system. That's what things should be all the time :)
