One of the most challenging aspects of being a mobile developer has been lack of information and resources for this niche development environment. The following list of tools should help out developers both at beginner and advanced level.

I cannot hope to maintain this list without your help. So feel free to drop in suggestions / review / omissions to this list.

• Resco Explorer - makes you forget that you are navigating in a mobile device. absolute must
• Network Analyzer - from the stables of microsoft - but dont expect support
• Device Security Manager PowerToy - nice little app to backup and tweak your security settings and certs
