When I downloaded Office Professional 2007 (Beta 2) everything installed and is working properly except Outlook 2007. I got two error messages. The first is: "The Add-in msncon.32.dll cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, uninstall the Add-in." and the second is: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to open the information service msncon.32.dll. Be sure the service is installed and correctly configured."
I've searched throuhout my computer including hidden folders. I found 12,320 .dll files but not that one. Microsoft is no help as they don't support beta 2007. I've repaired the file and even reinstalled it. I've rebooted and tried it again. I keep getting the same error message, any ideas? Thanks for any help you can give me! Tim
