.NET 2.0 and .NET 3.0 - All about the new name of WinFX

Earlier, in my blogs I was referring to the name .NET 3.0. This name change has brought serious confusion amongst our customers.

Microsoft has put together a very clear and concise set of resources to address this concern:

This is definately worth the reading/visit.

Oh yes, what comes in my mind now is that, for the first time, we have a CLR version that is different from the .NET version... :-S

But wait.. wasn't the namechange to .NET 3.0 done to reduce confusion with the WinFX nomenclature? *boggle*
