(For the next edition, could you include a Glossary of Terms, though? You all do a good job explaining the terms in-line. It's a shame not to have them all collected in one spot.)

Good feedback on the glossary. If we do a second edition, we'll definitely include that. In fact, we'll start working on the glossary of terms now - worst case is that we can make it available for download at some time.
