Yeah, a very cool event in the final analysis.

I can't imagine an equivalent from another major industry player.

As much as I respect them, could Google, Oracle, IBM throw something like this?

I gotta disagree with this one, not everybody can go to these events. Sure the one guy (maybe more) flew in from overseas but not everybody has that luxury. I'm East Coast and I'm pretty sure I'll never see any of these or any other events on the West Coast but I can catch whatever is posted online (except for stupid pictures of people in jacuzzi's).
