the colombian spaceshuttle massacare is a perfect example of what we call as"over confidence".the research probe&its reports clearly point out to the imbalanced preparations,it also clearly indicates how true it is that "a stich in time saves nine".if only the authorities had taken preventive measures to avoid the excessive "FOAM LEAK"we could &would not have posibily witnessed a dark day in the history of space.i pray to god for all the seven martyrs who lost their lives for a noble cause
