I've long said the Java Community Process was not as open as it appeared and that Sun, like many other corporate Open Source Software bloodsuckers, was in it all for themselves and that $$$ would rule over OSS any day. Well, we have seen signs of this before but the drums are starting to beat louder - read what I mean here.
