There aren't a lot of "Business 2.0" technologies that I use at least once every half an hour. But Enterprise Search is one of them. It flattens almost every information architecture to two clicks (if you're a good keyword cowboy like me).

If you work for a government organisation or in financial services institution, check out the Microsoft Enterprise Search Solutions site (Australian link).  While the free 3-day workshop offer is closing on the 15th of August, there are still plenty of white papers, analyst reports and product information on the site.
