Call me amazed but happy! The first clue, which few seemed to notice, was that Sony

re: HD DVD Is Back!

I wish today wasn't April Fool's day! It would be great to have HD-DVD back. Blu-ray is such a cluster.

re: HD DVD Is Back!

Cruel, cruel joke, Andy.

I only wish that HD DVD would return. Still to this day have not purchased a Blu-Ray and never will.

Really hard for me as I'm a marketing rep for Paramount Home Entertainment. Hate having to deal with their Blu-Ray titles. I'm also not very nice to the Warner Bros. rep either considering Warner Bros. are the ones who gave the final blow to the much better HD DVD format.

Mind you, I hate long cutscenes.

There's no market anymore for another HD format. I do believe downloadable content is going to take over but only when it can be streamed/downloaded at a reasonable pace instead of taking longer than it would to watch to download.
