The value of strategic, tactical and operational activities will be assessed and debated. This meeting will start by articulating the end game or vision of a PMO. Practitioners will relay their Assessment, Mission, Purpose, Objectives and Key Elements for their specific PMOs. Come prepared to contribute and discuss these components and how they relate to the current expectations of various stakeholders within the current state of the economy.
