Jet-lagged like an amateur!
I haven't been jet-lagged for years, I travel like a professional...
- always carry on luggage (luggage under the plan is lame)
- run for the customs barrier off the plane (everyone wonders why you are running until they get to the queue and you are at the front)
- almost never pickup local currency - everything goes on the plastic.
and yet for some reason the first time I'd had to do PST (-0800) to GMT I'm waking up at odd hours and doing email & coding for an hours...
Not cool.
What is it about the -0800 --> GMT travel that makes it jet-lag prone? (or have I just devolved into a into a non pro traveler?)
