Just tried it with Facebook, but it doesn't work with my custom domain email address. This means it won't work for all Office Live Mail accounts, all Hotmail accounts that are hosted for universities (i.e. the live@edu program) and all email accounts on Live Admin center. Too bad... Maybe you can talk them into changing that?

First, congrats on this launch.
Second, it was good to meet and hear from you directly at the Microsoft Technology Summit.
Third, why invent a NEW contact schema when vcard is a widely supported standard and the basis for the hcard microformat? And have you considered using OAuth instead of/as well as the Windows Live Delegated Auth API?
Would love to see this implementation improve and to take advantage of some of the increasingly popular grassroots technologies (protocols/technologies) taking off now!
davidacoder - I also asked the same question the first time I used it (my WLID is an Office Live WLID).
The delegation framework FB and all the other sites are using does work with every WLID. The issue you are running into is UX issues where instead of calling out Windows Live Contacts they have just shown the 2 biggest domains we have (hotmail / live).
I've provided this feedback to FB and our internal team and hope the implementation will be updated to accept more domains.
