Watch my session recording from PDC 2008 – Making Apps more Social
At PDC I managed to deliver a session between all of the schmoozing and rides in Hummers.
About 1AM before the session I decided to reboot the presentation and talk about building shared data tiers, aka a Social Database, using the Mesh Technologies.
it was a surprise when Marc Canter and David Recordon rolled in too.
Also what’s up with what I’m wearing? the conference czar told me I had to wear a Microsoft shirt so i wore an Azure hoodie (2XL as that is all that was left) and I didn’t know if they wanted me to have a disclaimer as well, so I wore my Blame Angus; and the glow sticks were just for fun but also represented Device Rings.
