Hi,

Its great to see so many sites developed on sharepoint. Thanks to RoberDan too for linking how hawaiianair was powered. For a very similar requirement, can somebody provide some insights as to 1. whether sitedefinitions or just sitetemplates should be used to give that look and feel.

2. Or by simply modifying master page and adding few layouts pages and deploying them through features would suffice?

3. Also, the critical question being whether we should simply have one big sitecollection and sites within it or separate sitecollections.

Kroger has just launched the first Fortune 25 public internet facing site on MOSS.

The site was designed and implemented by Razorfish, the worlds #1 Interative Design agency and a recent Microsoft acquisition(infrastructure design/deployment was provided by Cardinal Solutions).

Razorfish provided the side strategy, creative design and build (web parts, layout, CSS/DHTML).

This is a brilliantly designed site built using sharepoint (MOSS) 2007 for Sheffield LEP BSF Sheffield. (see the sign in - top right hand corner (tell tell sign) I'm impressed with the design of this site - very cool
