Have you attempted to run Parallels using the Boot Camp partition? I'm just interested in how that goes.

Not good news on the T60p. I just bought one about 1 month ago. Are you going to get it fixed? I did buy the 3 year warranty on it.

Well, for one I wasn't *really* comparing. I was just surprised that the Mac was responding the way it was. Besides, the T60P isn't all that old...

I haven't... I was looking in to it, and that's the next experiment I'm going to run. I did create a Vista virtual machine using Parallels, and it doesn't look like Vista is fully supported just yet. I wasn't impressed with the performance.

Yes, I'm definitely getting it fixed. As much as I love the Mac, I can't carry my "personal computer" around for work :) I believe we (microsoft) have a contract with Lenovo so, an IBMian is going to come over and either fix my computer or get me a new one.
