Anonymous Comments Enabled

I have heard a few folks say through the Contact feature that they can't see how to provide comments to my posts. I have re-enabled anonymous comments, a feature that must have been turned off in one of the blog migrations done behind the scenes. Please

Are you still targeting Windows 98?

In talking with some customers here at PDC, I heard a lot of them say that Windows 98 continues to be their lowest common denominator in developing for their customers. This is interesting to hear about, because we are of course planning for future releases
