As you may have heard, we finished Microsoft Dynamics CRM V3.0 in October! This version is a huge leap since CRM V1.X and has so many great new features that provide significant value to our customers. For example, lets take the customization and extensibility model that I personally am very passionate about. There are so many new and powerful ways to extend and customize CRM V3.0. We have provided tools and infrastructure to empower our partners to verticalize CRM for multiple industries, at a much lower cost. Easy-to-use tools like the “Add Business Entity” allow a system customizer, who is not very tech savvy, add a new Business Entity to CRM, while all newly designed and state of art Web services and .NET assembly integration model, allows a more experienced developer to build complex business logic and integrate it with the CRM server……………….
