Just finished The Leadership Challenge.......
At last….last night I finished reading the "The Leadership Challenge" by Kouzes and Posner. One of the best books I have ever read, so I strongly recommend it to anyone who is interested in the subject of leadership. It not only offers practical guidance on how to be a leader at work, it also provides advice on how to be a good leader at home, with family and friends. This is definitely a book to keep handy for reference. Of course, the fun part is how to take the book learnings and apply them to your specific circumstances…..
