BPM on the Microsoft Platform: BPM for the masses!

Today we reached a key milestone as the last set of content for this phase hits our BPM site that we recently re-launched (http://www.microsoft.com/bpm). This last set of content includes two 10-minute videos that have the goal of delivering our value proposition in a very succinct and interactive manner:

1. The first video (here) summarizes our cross group vision around BPM, which fundamentally aims at driving BPM into the mainstream through IW relevancy, a ubiquitous process platform, collaborative process design, and a pragmatic approach to adopting BPM through four distinct “Routes of Adoption.”

2. The second video (here) demonstrates an integrated architecture that brings together SharePoint, BizTalk and Visio to deliver on a process-centric enterprise application scenario. It demonstrate how different roles participate to design a business process using Visio, SharePoint Designer, and Visual Studio; how business users interact with the solution through SharePoint and InfoPath Forms Services; and how the solution integrates with existing enterprise applications and services through BizTalk.
