If you scroll down the page, and look on the right side, just above the PDC jar, you’ll see a button under the title “Contact Me on IM”. This allows you to start an instant messaging&amp;#160; conversation with me, as long as I am online at that time. What is particularly&amp;#160; important abut this functionality, is that&amp;#160; you don’t need to have an Instant Messaging client installed or even&amp;#160; an Instant messenger ID.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Setting this up, was extremely easy following the setup from here &lt;a title="http://dev.live.com/messenger/" href="http://dev.live.com/messenger/"&gt;http://dev.live.com/messenger/&lt;/a&gt; , you must have&amp;#160; setup a windows live ID for this link &lt;a href="http://settings.messenger.live.com/Applications/WebSettings.aspx"&gt;http://settings.messenger.live.com/Applications/WebSettings.aspx&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;This is a great way to enable customers to have a on demand conversation with a business.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img src="http://blogs.msdn.com/aggbug.aspx?PostID=8607597" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description><category domain="http://blogs.msdn.com/artofthepossible/archive/tags/windows+live/default.aspx">windows live</category><category domain="http://blogs.msdn.com/artofthepossible/archive/tags/messenger/default.aspx">messenger</category></item></channel></rss>
