Welcome to my blog - Ashish

I just started liking writing. Did I write that correctly ??

A very nice article on Design Pattens

I wanted to write my own design pattern article but this one is really good. Those of you who are interested in design patterns will really find it useful.

Please fell free to reply with better article if you know.

I will write my own very soon.

"TreeView Extension Pattern" by Lidor Wyssocky (http://www.patternscentral.com/modules.php?name=Sections&op=printpage&artid=10) is a very similar one and better written up to me. It's all about the so called "pattern-oriented design".

A good book on this subject is "Professional Design Patterns in VB.NET: Building Adaptable Applications" (http://www.apress.com/book/bookDisplay.html?bID=233) full of real-world good examples.
Warning: Totally unrecommendable is ".NET Patterns. Architecture. Design and Process" by Christian Thilmany - appealing title but carelessly written!

Many design patterns applied in this excelent 54 pages case-study "constructed with a high degree of realism" (http://www.objectmentor.com/resources/articles/Walking_through_A_UML_Design.pdf). Well... the author is Robert C. Martin!
