While migrating ASP.Net 1.1 to ASP.Net 2.0 there can be a consideration of not upgrading the DataGrid to GridView. Once having migrated if we decide to localize the application there is no straight forward way to do it. I wrote a small sample which will localize the the DataGrid Headers.
