Does this tool work on Vista? I just tried it with no UAC and got:

Hi Shoek - This verification tool checks the files that are installed as a part of the MSI-based .NET Framework 2.0. On Windows Vista, the .NET Framework 2.0 is installed as an OS component and the MSI-based package cannot be installed on this OS. The steps listed at http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/archive/2007/03/26/how-to-repair-the-net-framework-2-0-and-3-0-on-windows-vista.aspx can be used to verify the .NET Framework 2.0 (and 3.0) on Windows Vista, and those steps should be used on Vista instead of this tool.
