One of the things that I could do easily in Word 2003, was scan documents in. I have lost the facility in Word 2007.

I am seriously considering going back to 2003. Any chance of an update for 2007?

I use Word 2007 and have apparently used up a trial of 25 uses without activation. I have got my product key so I can activate it but I've no idea how to enter it. I have searched everywhere. Please, PLEASE, help!

re: Redmond, we have a problem…

Hi Ella,

One of these links should have help:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/HA012334341033.aspx
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927921

If after reading these articles and following the instructions, you still can't activate your copy of Office, I'd recommend calling the UK customer support team on 0870 60 10 100 and getting their help.

Best wishes,

I’d like to reassure you that we will continue to support you after the 90 days expire, but your support entitlements will differ somewhat.

For example, if you require support to report a bug or if it’s a result of automatic updates, there will be no charge for this.

For further information regarding this, please visit:
http://support.microsoft.com/gp/contactbug
http://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?gprid=6527

Support is chargeable however if you need assistance with a different issue than above, when our software may not be at fault. An example of this may be integration with a third-party application.

Hope this helps,
