Just for fun, I wanted to detail some of the changes that took place in the UI from v1.0 to v1.2 of Microsoft CRM....

This section will give you pointers and guidelines for developing UI’s that “play nice” in the Microsoft CRM space. This will help your user’s interact with your add-on more efficiently and will help you give your add-on that “professional lookup”. If you read one article, this should be it....

This section is more for fun than any anything else… I just want to show where the Microsoft CRM v1.0 UI came from so that you can get a sense of its roots and how it evolved into what it is today....
