The new Windows Live Toolbar includes, for free, Onfolio, which is a very nice and useful feeds reader.

The features I like the most

• Easy to add and organize feeds (there is a button on the toolbar to search for a feed in the current page)
• Easy and fast to go through the news (just use the arrows to go up and down, keyboard shortcuts to mark the item as un read)
• Easy to e-mail the selected item
• Cool UI
