Hi - Bonjour!

I work on Microsoft Lync Server (on the Response Group Application aka Response Group Service) as a SDET (a tester) for more than two years now. I am located in Zurich / Switzerland in the Zurich Development center.
With this blog, I hope to share some knowledge I got about Lync Server and especially about Response Group Application.
