&lt;p&gt;No, he's kinda irreplaceable! &amp;nbsp;And yes, he left the team to take up some interesting work with Corbis (another W Gates company). &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I will be working on MSF to (a) make the process templates and guidance text more integrated, and more malleable; (b) make the authoring and adapting experience better; (c) help improve the content and its presentation; (d) make process support part of the software factory story.&lt;/p&gt;
