Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of the Wonderful Wonderful Web, in an open letter published on the W3C site has lambasted the US Copyright Office over its insistence that certain online forms can only be submitted using IE.

I agree, that's lame.

"The W3C takes pains to point out that nothing in the letter should be regarded as a criticism of IE specifically and it would take issue if the Copyright Office standardised on Safari, Firefox or any other browser."
