i need to limit the value axis label size to not more than 6.How would i do it ? which properties do i need to set for that??

I have line chart with one series .DateTime is on X axis. and set Minimum ,Maximum, and interval of x axis manually like that

AxisX.interval=(Max-min)/2.0;

my dates are not proper ,28/10/10 ,30/10/10/ ,01/11/10 (dd/mm./yy)

so i cant use IsXvalueIndex =true ,any other option except to IsXvalueIndex =true.

IsXvalueIndex works when Max and min is Double.Nan,and interval of xaxis is auto.and curser movement also does not work

so please suggest me how to index datetime (variant) values at x axis

Thanks a lot for the information. Is there any way I can sort bars in different way than Ascending or Descending?, I would need to order my bars by day, every bar is named D1, D2 and so on, but they appear to be sorted in a random fashion. I cannot find the attribute to sort it.
