I love how you interpreted the kayak experience. &amp;nbsp;That ability helps people work effectively in groups. &amp;nbsp;Team building is so important because it helps us build relationships. &amp;nbsp;If we have done this to the best of our abilities we can work more effectively and be seen as a leader in our organization.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is also an important life skill teachers can pass on to their students.&lt;/p&gt;

One would like to think that administrators/managers would also learn about people and be able to help them improve. I know that doesn't always happen but at least knowing makes it possible in theory.&lt;/p&gt;
