Definitely tongue in cheek :) but WCF is fast allowing some very important ways of communicating. Take for instance the new (alpha version) of IBM's Custom WCF channel targeting MQ, as Dino opines:

So this channel has the possibility of opening up some new interop capabilities between .NET / WCF applications and apps that run in non-.NET environments, including Java applications running in WebSphere Application Server.

Very neat. When this is fully baked, you'll be able to write that service code once and configure new abilities without changing your service code.

I rate Dino's blog a must see for interop lovers everywhere. Oh and in case you missed it, Dino talked about the .NET Stock Trade Application a while back...like him, I'm waiting for the code. Do you love interop?
