I'm People Ready - NameDrop!

Dino, I'm trying to live up to the noble credo: This blog won't carry human interest stories, but since I've already failed and Microsoft is all about People Ready software :) I've decided to embrace my humanity and unveil a new feature of my blog: NameDrop! Blog posts tagged with this category will be reserved for interesting people from the internets that I meet in person.

So here goes the first of many NameDrop!

• 10/3 - James McGovern - an enterprise architect in our local geography. I really like his blog...CSS and content :) We met talking about industry issues - James is really thinking beyond the firewall - this is industry bending stuff.
• 10/4 - Andrew Toner - where's the Cricket OBA Guy at Microsoft - he's part of the brains behind the Office Developers Conf 2008.
• 10/8 - David Laribee - with MacBook Pro+Bootcamp+VS2008 B2 - the cool kid of altnetconf. We met at ReMIX Boston - DlR and such.
• 10/8 - Russ Fustino - R-U-S-S...like old times, we will be doing the MSDN Event together in Farmington, CT on Oct 23, see you there!

P.S. For the Dino fans (me too), here is one human interest story about him...it was late 1999, I think he just started at Microsoft as did I. I caught him using my cubicle in Farmington, CT to charge his Palm V. NameDrop!
