While, who knows what would happen if that sizable chunk of uninformed people heard of the survey - my guess would be that the 0.2% might go up to 0.8%, which is probably the same marketshare as Microsoft Bob and Windows ME combined (in other words - a flop!).

Interesting is that about 4% use the rich client apps in conjunction with their web cousins. So it would make sense to make a seamless transition between medium, centralised storage of information. SharePoint and Office Live Workspaces fit into this role perfectly.

On another note, I think the next big gains in productivity will be driven through the unproductivity suites. If people can more efficiently waste time on youtube, web comics and pictures of each others children would this not free up more time for productive work?
