The guys over at Liveside have implemented nbDevelopment's add in for Community Server for Windows Live ID.
What does it do? It uses Windows Live ID Web Authentication as the authentication store for Community server.
Here are some pictures from Liveside. They have the standard Sign In dialog and then the next one with the Sign In using passport.
Also when you first authenticate it asks you to create a user or associate a user.
