The performance from the Virtual Side was horrible (constantly buffering and they didn't use Silverlight :)) so ...

I downloaded the WMV and repacked it and uploaded it to Silverlight Streaming by Windows Live (I did this using the Expression Encoder plug-in, it took about 20 seconds). or you can watch it below in Silverlight Streaming:
