The need for a mentor depends on your place in the pyrimid. Some people will always have a need for a mentor type and some will never. Your field is very different from mine, at least I assume at Microsoft you have a few more &amp;quot;A&amp;quot; type pesonalities, whereas I have very few. This is a subject near and dear to my heart so I could go n for hours...lol.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
