Made reference to this in a previous post and thought it worthwhile signposting the recent SUNLive event where Andrew Marr raised the subject. Some really interesting presentations there on Web 2.0, innovation and even climate change.
Also worth a look is the e-democracy stuff from Hansard. Talking of politics and the web, been chatting with Mark O'Neill, CIO at DCMS and his ideas for engaging people (citizens/consumers) in his dept's agenda - i.e. co-creation, active participation.....particularly in things like 2012. We're hoping to bring these ideas to life with some of our collaboration & web tools and technologies. Watch this space.
