I had the same problem with Visio 2003 and Adobe install (rollback in the end of the install). Per your instruction I found a &amp;quot;46cl.rbs&amp;quot; file delete the registry entry the point to that file and this time the install for these products went fine with no issues. I think this should go to Microsoft.
