&lt;p&gt;Microsoft&amp;#39;s advice seems useless. Everything on my computer dealing with security items seems blocked,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;but nothing shows up on Bitdefender anti-virus or Malwarebytes free.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Microsoft fix-it did get NET Framework 2 and above to accept an update, but, it seems they deleted 1.1,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and the auto-uploads keeps sending the download of NF 1.1 my way, but it won&amp;#39;t upload&lt;/p&gt;
