&lt;p&gt;Launching ixpvb.exe with parameters is not passible (errormessage), because you have to use the 'setup.exe' to install C#.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;ixpvb.exe /q:a /c:&amp;quot;msiexec.exe /i &amp;lt;path to vs_setup.msi&amp;gt; &amp;lt;command line parameters you get from the log file&amp;gt; /qn&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hopefully this helps. &amp;nbsp;Please let me know if you run into any issues while working on this.&lt;/p&gt;
