As part of an ongoing effort to improve the customer licensing experience, Microsoft recently upgraded three web sites: Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center; Volume Licensing Contract Manager, our contract management portal; and a specific channel partner site (Explore.MS) that helps partners provide services to their customers.  In standard systems testing, we encountered an issue with the registration system, which is now fixed.  The sites came back up online early morning December 19, 2009 Australian time.   We understand that this was an inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we upgraded the system. I want to assure you we take it seriously and are committed to helping you do business with Microsoft.
